The sliding door, model SLIDING DOOR GOLD, with bottom track on floor, is made of 52 mm.-thick panels. These panels have an inner perimeter frame of galvanized steel, they are insulated with polyurethane foam injected inside (which has a density of 43 kg/mc), and they are covered by pre-varnished 7/10 smooth metal sheet. For panels all Sicc’s colour spectrum is available

 

 

Self-extinguishing 50mm.-thick insulated material inside. Panels are joint in their height by black aluminium profiles with the shape as “H”. Panels are complete with upper anti-derailment galvanized track which is pre-varnished on black, and they are equipped with fixing brackets, and driving bearings, to be fixed on the door wing top part, bottom supporting wheels, made of sealed chamber double bearing.
Every wing is equipped with n°2 bottom supporting wheels, made of sealed chamber double bearing. There is an inner closing espagnolette bolt with bar that stops on bottom (only in case of manual door), this bar has a particular shape for catching as pull handle, black external handle made of a straight tubular of mm. 20 diam. and with fixing plate.

for one wing doors
doors are complete with lateral EPDM rubber seals for the perfect closure, and the junction is made of tubular profile to fix to the masonry, a nylon brush complete with aluminium support will be fixed on wall on the back side.
For double wings doors
doors are complete with lateral EPDM rubber seals for the perfect closure, and a nylon brush with aluminium support which will be fixed on masonry on the back sides. To protect the door wings, to avoid the surface to become scratched, a self-adhesive protective film is stuck on and has to be removed by the installers at the moment of installation.
Panels are joint in their height by black aluminium profiles with the shape as “H”, and panels are assembled on top and bottom by other black aluminium profiles with the shape as “C”.
The upper anti-derailment track is made of pressed steel, and it is equipped with brackets, for fixing on masonry, and also sliding bearings, to be fixed on the door wing top part. The sliding on floor is assured by supporting wheels, made of sealed chamber double bearing, and inserted into the bottom part of the door wing. Bottom closure is possible thanks to a nylon brush.
The bottom track (to bury on floor in charge of client), can be chosen between different models of ours depending from the wall hole characteristics, and we supply it with installations instructions to allow the client to make the perfect installation, this way also assuring the right distance from masonry.
The door perfect closure is guaranteed by espagnolette bolts, installed inside and equipped with bars that close on top and bottom. These bars have a strengthened extremity and a PVC device that allows the bar to slide, all made of black varnished galvanized steel.
Rubber seals for lateral closure are made of black natural EPDM, which is also anti-ager. These rubber seals allow a perfect sealing compound.
Door can be delivered as manual, predisposed for motor unit, or with a motor drive. We guarantee our doors functioning with a temperature between -30°C and + 70°C.
